THE PROBLEM

The conversations CRMs
never capture.

You walk out of a great meeting knowing exactly what happened, what matters and what needs to happen next.

Then the day gets busy. Another meeting. Another call. Another conversation.

By the time you sit down to update your CRM, the details that actually move deals forward are already getting fuzzy.

○ CRM notes still waiting...

The meeting ends.
The day doesn't.

There's rarely a convenient moment to stop and write detailed notes between appointments.

Budget discussed... maybe?
What was that next step again?

The little details
disappear.

The objections, buying signals and important context are often the first things forgotten.

PIPELINE UPDATE
Deal stage: Proposal
Last activity: Meeting completed
Decision-maker: Unknown

Your CRM gets
half the story.

The activity gets recorded, but the context behind the opportunity doesn't always make it into the system.

The problem isn't that salespeople don't know what happened. It's that capturing it takes time they don't have.

FOR SALES LEADERS

What exactly is Debrief?

Debrief is a voice-first sales tool being developed for people who sell face to face. The idea is simple: talk through your meeting while it's fresh, review a structured summary and keep track of the details and next steps that matter.

Is Debrief available to use now?

Not publicly. Debrief is currently preparing for early testing. You can register your interest now to hear about opportunities to participate before the official launch.

Who can apply for early access?

We're looking for individual face-to-face salespeople and sales teams who are interested in testing Debrief and sharing their feedback. Register your interest and tell us a little about how you work.

When will early testing begin?

We're working towards an initial testing phase in December 2026. Timing is subject to product readiness, and we'll confirm the details directly with selected participants.

Can my whole sales team participate?

Potentially, yes! We're also inviting organisations to register their interest in team pilot opportunities. Tell us about your team through the registration form and we'll be in touch if there's a suitable opportunity.

What will early testers need to do?

Selected participants will receive information about the testing process, expected involvement and feedback requirements before deciding whether to take part.

Is early access free?

Any costs or participation conditions will be explained before testing begins. Registering your interest doesn't commit you to a paid subscription.

What happens after I register?

Your registration helps us understand who's interested in Debrief. We'll review expressions of interest and contact potential participants with more information about next steps.

EARLY ACCESS REGISTRATION

Get in early.

Interested in helping shape Debrief? Tell us a little about yourself or your sales team, and we'll be in touch about potential testing opportunities.

Registering your interest does not commit you to participating in testing or purchasing a subscription.
